Jhonny Lothbrook is a conditioning specialist known for transforming everyday clients and athletes into high-output, resilient performers. His methodology blends traditional strength-conditioning principles with modern sports-science protocols — helping clients build real endurance, explosive energy, and total-body efficiency.
With nearly a decade of experience working with amateur athletes, corporate clients, and competitive fighters, Jhonny brings a no-nonsense, performance-first approach to training. Every session is engineered to improve power output, stamina, and work capacity while reducing fatigue and improving recovery.
His coaching focuses on metabolic conditioning (MetCon), energy system development, explosive power training, and technique efficiency under fatigue. Jhonny excels at tailoring conditioning blocks to match the individual’s goals — whether that’s fat loss, athletic performance, or hybrid strength/endurance training.
Jhonny believes that conditioning is not just “cardio.” It’s the foundation for how well you move, breathe, recover, and perform — both inside and outside the gym.

Tom specializes in functional mobility — helping clients improve posture, joint control, and everyday movement capacity. His approach blends strength, flexibility, and stability training to build bodies that move well, feel strong, and stay injury-resistant.
